Liberals use government programs to keep blacks dependent on government handouts instead of being all they can be. By liberal standards, blacks are too dumb to get an ID card to vote. You don't hear Conservatives saying that black people should be treated any way other than as equals. Liberals promote the idea that blacks are victims and it makes it difficult to succeed if one suffers from victimhood mentality. Liberals are very divisive and love pitting women against men as well as dividing the races instead of uniting them.
