I would never lie to a cop or otherwise cover up for a family member. But, I don't dislike any of them enough to "drop a dime," on them for trespassing.
This guy is 35-years old. The FBI report says that the informant who turned him in, knew him for 28-years. I'm thinking "little Brother." I can hear it now. "Mom! Sammy's spraying Mace at cops and breaking into the Capitol, again!"
