When viewing the stream, click the "Settings" button on the right sidebar. From there you can add rules and change other settings.

Click "Add Rule" under the "Posting Rules" section, type in the header and content of the rule, and then be sure to click "Update Stream" at the bottom of the page.

The finished rules show up as a text box within settings for easy editing
