While they are undeniably screwing with the US, they are not the only ones, the most pernicious or the most prolific. One would think everyone would have had enough of the Russian bogyman theories after MILLIONS of dollars were sunk into proving their influence is relatively small... especially compared with other countries. I'm not sure if you're aware (genuinely, I'm not attempting to insult) but everyone spies on America... and America spies on everyone else. This applies to enemies and allies alike.

Other nations screw with the US in many and various ways to disrupt our government, weaken our infrastructure and/or to sway public opinion... the inverse may also be true.

As like in a family... only the family truly cares for and wants what's best for the family; friends and acquaintances can as well but their main concern is for themselves. This is true for relationships on macro, international level as well. America can really only truly rely on
America. While other nations can be friendly and helpful... no other nation cares about us more than we do ourselves.

That's the international game that is played. Every country wants to know what the other is doing, thinking and planning lest they fall behind or loose the initiative/advantage. Everyone pokes, prods and generally screws with one another... but not enough to be cause for war.

By the way, I'm not saying that your meme isn't correct... because it is, almost certainly. Just probably not at a level of efficacy that some people may assume. It's definitely not the driving factor for some folks being on the fence about vaccinations. That seems to be based mainly on health related concerns and freedom concerns... with some political polarization thrown in for good measure. But it's mainly the first two.

The vaccines are designed to kill people with spike proteins and cytokine storms, but luckily it's mostly stupid people getting the shots. So Darwin wins again, survival of the fittest.
