It’s certainly spam, as he’s posted the same meme at least 3 times in the last hour, and twice here.

But because he has an Owner behind him in the “Pepe Party” who has an obvious bias against you and who has already proven willing to strip your mod without due process, best not to touch it.

Just leave it as proof he has nothing more to offer to the stream than “cope,” “deal,” and “cry.”

Spam violates the ToU. Don't like it, talk to a global mod or use the feedback feature. That's what I was told by community mods every time I had a problem with the terms.
