Slaanesh is the Chaos God(dess) of pleasure. They can be any gender and no gender at any time it wants and when someone looks at them, they see their desires. Anyone who begins their blood pact to Slaanesh will feel very pleasured and good, but will want more which eventually results in some horrifying stuff like purple skin.
For example, say you like the sound of cackling fire burning wood, if you make your blood pact with Slaanesh, that feeling is elevated but it will get dull quickly. This can escalate to the point where you burn down a rainforest just to get the same feeling.
Another example, if you’re a great artist but you’re experiencing artist block and make your pact, you will make some beautiful to eventually horrifying art. It’s gonna start with unusual colors and strange sources. But after awhile, you will probably start making your own brushes… out of human and the paint from the blood of humans.
