Revised Terms:

1. AnimePolice cedes some AAA-occupied land to the AAA, this does not include the capital, this is 42% of AnimePolice territory.

2. AnimePolice accepts minor defeat. The AAA has Pyrrhic victory (victory achieved with unnecessarily high casualties)

3. honestly I don't really care which stream you give us, you could literally just make any stream you want with an acceptable name and give it to the AAA, just so we can have a token from the war. It could be an absolutely worthless stream, I don't care as long as it exists.

4. In exchange for these concessions, the AAA pays 25 billion dollars to the Anime Police.

The original terms were pretty much a joke meant to irritate you and I was surprised it was even considered, but since we're all tired of the endless war I'll make a legitimate attempt at a peace treaty here.

1. AAA retreats from most Anime Police land, there will be a democratic referendum in formerly occupied territory supervised by both AAA and Anime Police to avoid vote tampering. The regions which want to stay with the Anime Police shall be returned to the AP, the regions which want to stay with AAA will be annexed by the AAA.

2. The Anime Police doesn't need to change their leadership, but I'll make Elyse a co-owner since the other four owners are a bit too aggressive for me.

3. AAA pays Anime Police 27 billion dollars in exchange for regions that decide to join the AAA.

4. Neither the AAA or AP shall be declared the aggressor. Both sides can claim victory for themselves, Anime Police can claim victory in defending from an AAA attack, AAA can claim victory in defending from an AP attack.

5. Streams remain at status quo antebellum (state of things before the war).
