Lol, IF that was the first vote for I_P Congress to ratify the Constitution (July 23, 2021), you weren't even entitled to be Stream Moderator the date you were elected HOC.

Please find the vote that first ratified the Constitution. If it was after current HOC was elected, HOC was never entitled to be Stream Moderator.
