We already know you don't understand that phrase and its many different meanings. You just hate Trump and his supporters for some reason. Maybe because you're a hateful person, or maybe because you were told by your overlords to hate anyone with differing points of view than you . . .

But the bottom line is you have no clue what that phrase actually means.
