It's not. Here is an example from the Everyones_A_Mod stream of what the mod logs look like. As you can see, both the moderator account as well as the accounts or images receiving the action are in the blue hyperlink text so as to make it easier to check the logs and see if the mod made the right call or not. Those that are in the gray text are images and accounts that are deleted. Feel free to go to EAM and verify that this is the case. The accounts Andrew unbanned are in the gray text, meaning the accounts were already deleted.
