Considering a majority of Americans are morbidly obese, I'd say you anti-vaxx anti-mask imbeciles stand a good chance of weeding yourselves out of the gene pool.

I agree, Americans have let themselves go. Which is why the government fails to mention most Covid hospitalizations- about 80% - are due to giant whales with blood flow and heart problems.

As far as the gene pool - we can use less fat people. Honestly, this is exactly why we should not have socialist healthcare.
