Britain gets an S because of free healthcare and they got a strong economy

France is like the same as Britain

Canada is nice, strong economy, nice people, but they are in debt, huge debt.

Switzerland is the safest place in Earth but they did trade with the N@zi's

India is a great country with amazing culture and amazing food, but they got poverty, corruption, and human trafficking, I think they can over come those problems in some time.

Germany has some bad things that I don't think I want to explain.

Italy gets a B because yes

Japan has advanced tech but bad porn, very bad porn

You're not paying more. You're paying less in a universal healthcare system. Let's compare the cost for insulin between the USA and the UK (Meaning how much it costs the NHS)

UK: £40-£50 ($55-$69) for 5 pens This is not the upfront cost to the consumer. That is £0 ($0), but the cost for the NHS

Even with insurance, people will find themselves paying more, as the insurance will not cover much of the costs

Problem with that though is that richer people will spend more on health insurance than others for better coverage. But I do see your point

I would personally put Germany, Scandinavia, The Netherlands and Belgium in S tier, along with putting Middle east Asia in E tier, but that seems quite accurate
