Why is the pandemic a litmus test for all our values. Seems more like a tragic event in human history.

If you can't maintain your values when shit is hitting the fan, then they weren't really values.

They were just a hobby.

It's been said a bunch of different ways over the decades. That particular way of phrasing it is mine. My grandmother used to say do the right thing, even when no one is watching and no one will ever know it was you.
