Yes, like the term animosity because we are furries (animal based), but yes; and simply they all say the same thing out of insecurity on a casual basis so it becomes more tolerable if you expect it. Even if they are against us, I've studied the majority of r/yiffinhell and I've only seen that they like poking a LITTLE fun at furries without having to mention them instead of unfiltered and unnecessary hate. On the other side of the coin, "tails" in this case, we furries like to have mature humor like most adults.
Simply, there should be support for both parties like you said, and that can be proven by far mire proof than what I've stated.

I'm not saying that there aren't bad crusaders. There are. Just like there are furries that are jerks, there are also crusaders that are jerks. But I've seen crusaders, and very influential ones, put the memes aside and actually defend furries when they needed the support. The majority aren't bad, and many are misguided. But at heart, they can be some of the most supportive people furries could ask for, if they put their differences aside and actually be genuine with each other...
