aside that its unlikely it took cotw two months to do it, the screenshot says it was from 2 months ago and similutenasouly 2 days. that's not possible. if we wanna take a look at this again without the fake evidence we can look into it. there is no substantial evidence richard committed this crime.

Richard showed all his memechats but anyone can tamper with memechats and not show them all.
If cotw shows the memechats between him and richard and verify them all, with the correct times, then yes we can ban.

that's irrelevant. COTW's screenshots cant simultaneously claimed to be from 2 months, and 2 days ago.
