You can certainly object to the trial process or the charges themselves.
However, I’m not sure the stream owner has the authority to overrule a ban imposed by the elected government.
Here we get back into the territory of “is this stream a true democracy, or a monarchy with Potemkin democracy characteristics”?
If there is evidence to support banning a user (and the evidence in this case is overwhelming), the stream owner should not disturb the elected government’s judgment.
