●You cannot convict for a crime the took place before the law you're applying was enacted. ●Even if Richard had done what he's accused of, (which he didn't) you can't apply the rule retroactively.
●the so called evidence is contradictory. You cannot apply it because the dates are obviously fake.
●No evidence. No crime. No testimony. (Alt of the west didn't bother to show up and he's the only person who can testify for the prosecution.)

Yeah plus Congress has already started voting and I've delayed it long enough already. This whole Richard situation has taken up too much of our time and I would much rather move on to other things to be honest. Let's hope Congress just quickly votes for the ban so we can put all this behind us. I want to get started on making a Senate made up of representatives from different streams.

Then you have a mistrial. Read the law. You can't hold a trail with no witnesses or evidence and try to retroactively enforce the law. This is unconstitutional.

So all they have to do is prove that Richard chill is responsible for the assassination without bringing up the assassination or alt of the west's contradictory evidence.
