Before, we didn’t have an active Congress that could vote to remove it, a banned and impeached former Congressman suspected of being behind it, or a long thread of increasingly antagonistic assassination posts. Trying to somehow connect this movement to ban assassinations (which has been supported by a wide range of users) with the President is likely just an attempt to fabricate a scandal and stir up drama (which we’ve had more than enough of recently). It says a lot when a President is so popular that this is the most controversial thing opponents can try to pin on him. And even if this “theory” is true, can you really blame him?

I also have another theory Richard probably would of not been suspended if he was not targeting you because wubbzy did not want to deal with more RUP drama because it would look bad for RUP

Is the timing a little late? Yes because we shoulda killed the whole assassination thing last month. (Get it?)
But that was when everyone was busy with their 12 individual campaigns. So it's about time we got around to doing away with it.
We've had enough problems with the assassination stream (example: Knox putting a hit out on Silverado causing a bunch of unnecessary BS,) that it's not something anyone will miss.
So even if the timing isn't perfect it's a bill we can all agree on.
