Man, you must really like the .308win round considering ur shooting one out of the Remington 700 Tactical, and a SCAR. Simple NIJ level III armor which is prop the most common should stop it. Wubbzy and IG are both Highly valued individuals which means they should have NIJ III armor at Least. But they probably have more like NIJ III+ or even IV. Your .308 will only barely scratch the surface😂
