It happens, but it’s exceedingly rare. There’s at least one documented case of a Trump supporter(!) voting with his dead mom’s ballot! He was found out and charged according to existing laws in Pennsylvania

But the notion that “millions” are voting as dead people lacks foundation.

Yet another instance where these voting restrictions being ushered in by Republicans across the country bear no relationship whatsoever to reality. These restrictions will hit living people 99.9999% of the time.
