Proposal:
Make an amendment to the constitution, saying that if the President, the VP, and the HOC, all authorize it, the entire Congress will be impeached, and the President, VP, and HOC, will each choose five new members (or members of the old Congress) to replace them.

I strongly oppose this amendment, and I am confident most of Congress will as well.
