I like dialogue more

I add dialogue in the comments after but I feel like starting it right off the bat with an OC talking about, “hi my name is X and I’m gonna show you around this place.” I feel if the story needed it, then sure, I always think the first comment I make should be a choice given to the user to make the role play more story driven for some choices or more fun in other choices.

In a dialogue someone has infinite choices though

I know, I just think the initial choice at the start is interesting, from then on I give them the freedom to do whatever they want. Usually it’s to set up a story. If it’s more of a fun rp, I’ll usually start with dialogue, I start with dialogue most of the time but this RP kind of needed to start with a choice.
