Yeah that's pretty tough but like a lot of other mods I didn't now it was that hard, also SSN Peppered is still super hard in the amount of note types and song gimmicks, and the remixes sound super hard on their own as well, so yeah it's still hardest in my book. And yes, I do prefer spamming over jacks.
