Yeah, it happens. I “attenuated” my bicep (from the crease of my elbow to about 2” above the crease) while deadlifting. Which means it stretched thin because it was about to tear. Thank god I dropped the weight before the actual tear. Badminton can be serious movement and shifting weight. A lot of people tear things playing games like that. Probably better than tearing your Achilles like someone else was telling me they did. When I started exercising about 11 years ago, I started VERY light. At home. For a few years before even considering going to a gym. Flexibility is important as you get older. It took about 3-4 years for me to get any flexibility. But once you get into a groove and get better and better at it, you then can go too far (like I did with my bicep).
