Very unpopular opinion- I don't like evangelical music. I don't hate it, nor do I hate the people making it. Rather, I find that evangelical music is simply a modernized form of praise coming from celebrity-ish singers, rather than the collective voice of those at Mass or of the priest/preacher/reverend. I have heard one VBS song played at my Catholic church, and let me tell you, the choir had an... interesting rendition, seeing as it was 3/4 a capella.
