Yeah it’s just a joke if you train them properly and stuff they won’t do that but they’re much they’re not as trainable as other breeds excluding a lot of the Terriers but lot’s of people don’t train their smaller dogs when they’re a puppy and don’t exercise them as much so it’s more common in small dogs especially toy breeds
