*sits with her while he has his gun next to him* hey whats wrong?

Aeryn: Um w-why do you h-have that

Thats in the rtc program in the school its like military training but we have to sign some papers to keep the guns

Aeryn: O-oh that is kind of cool

So whats wrong with you?

Aeryn: It’s j-just stupid stuff w-with my girlfriend

Just tell me whats going on and maybe I can help you

Aeryn: We g-got into a fight this morning a-and she’s ignoring me

And what caused this fight?

Aeryn: I t-told her I wanted to spend time with m-my friend from out of s-state this weekend even t-though we already had plans. She g-got mad because I wanted to cancel the plans.

She should know when a friend you remember from a year ago or a state away is important to you

Aeryn: My f-friend didn’t know she was f-flying to see me until last night. I
n-never had time to tell her t-that I had plans with my girlfriend

Well always remember to call them if they are visiting and tell your girlfriend before you make plans

Ash: *sits next to her* you ok

Aeryn: *Shakes her head a bit* N-no.

Ash: what happened

Aeryn: Just a s-stupid fight with my girlfriend

Ash: I’m sorry do you need me to do anything

Aeryn: Y-you really don’t need to. It’s
s-stupid anyways.

Ash: what did she do

Aeryn: She g-got mad when I said I wanted to go on a trip with my friend even though w-we already had plans.

Ash: oh ok me and my ex had the same problem if she has a problem with you hanging out with friends and not you then she has trust issues

Aeryn: S-she does have trust issues because of her ex a-and I understand that but... I just w-wish she would use her head for once. She k-knows I would never cheat on her.

Ash: *hugs* it’s going to be ok

Aeryn: Thanks. I really needed someone to talk to

Ash: no problem

Kemuri (younger- like 16): “hey- you good?”

Aeryn: Um I-I’m fine. Y-you don’t have to w-worry about me.

Kemuri: “I’m a little worried- your aura says you’re anxiety is off the charts.”

Aeryn: I-I’m fine... It’s j-just something stupid

Kemuri: “hey, you can trust me- tell me what’s wrong.”

Kemuri Noroi Rageminer was a student notorious for helping people out- but only if she got something out of it.

Aeryn: Y-you only want s-something from me

Kemuri: “of course i do, that’s my thing. But think about it- if i helped you with your problem in return, don’t you think it be worth it?”

Aeryn: *Thinks for a minute and then sighs* I-I guess.

Kemuri: “good choice- what can i do for ya?”

Aeryn: M-my girlfriend and I g-got into a fight t-this morning, and n-now she is Ignoring me.

Kemuri: “so you need someone to talk to her for you?”

Aeryn: M-maybe...? I don’t know. I d-don’t want to make her more mad.

Kemuri: “there are two options- i could get someone to help you build up the confidence and skill to talk to her, or get someone she idolizes to talk to her for you.”

Aeryn: *Bangs head on table* Fine. This is only because I love my girlfriend.

Aeryn: O-option one I guess.

Kemuri: “gotcha- do high pitched voices annoy you?”

Aeryn: N-no...? Not really

Kemuri: “good- i got a gal that can help out. Now, here’s what i need you to get me-

I need you to go downtown and get me 10 packs of my special glowing-smoke cigarettes.
I would get them myself, but i don’t feel like goin down town today, so i need YOU to get them. Don’t die, mk?”

Aeryn: W-what? How old are you? No. My mom will kill me if she found out I bought cigarettes. Much less went down town to get them. What else

Kemuri: “not over 21 that’s for sure. Do you want your little feud to end or not? The Alley Market doesn’t give a sh*t about your age, they’ll sell.”

(???)

(Srsly? You dunno what Friday night funkin is?

(I mean, i have heard of it but I don’t know what it is.)

(. . . Uh oh.)

Melody: “now we wait!” She puts her phone back in her pocket

(Well now I’m scared)

Aeryn: *Takes out her phone and makes sure she has 911 on speed dial*

Aeryn: Well that’s good. That’s exactly the type of person I need right now.

Melody: “mhm!” She smiles- her smile is comforting

Aeryn: So, how do we start? I want to do this a quick as possible.

Melody: “it’s pretty simple- are you ok with coming over to my house?”

Aeryn: Yeah sure. I have nothing else to do.

Melody: “yay!”

Aeryn: Where your house?

Melody: “actually, i can give you a ride if you want!”^^

Aeryn: Oh thanks!

Melody: “no problem! We can just wait at the pick-up curb. C’mon!”

As they’re walking, melody types something into her phone seemingly texting someone.

Aeryn: Why are you helping me? I just wanted to know because I’ve, just, never met you before.

Melody: “i like helping people! And new friends- you will be my friend after this, right. . .?”

Aeryn: I don’t see why not. You seem like a cool person to keep around!

(Heeeey- are you familiar with FNF?)

(No)

(. . . Oh my goodness- uh oh.)

Kemuri: “thank you.” she grins

Aeryn: I will be back I guess. School will probably be over by the time I get back s-so just wait out front for me. *Gets up and leaves*

Kemuri: “gotcha.”

She walks to the front of the school, and sits down on her phone

When Aeryn gets to the location, it smells heavily of smoke, and pretty much any drug you could imagine. There are people standing there, most having the products they’re selling in their jackets, others having full on fleshed out stands.

Aeryn: *Wrinkles up her nose because of the smell and walks up to a stand. She gets the cigarettes and goes back to the school*

She feels an oddly ghostly presence while in the alley way.

When she returns, Kemuri is waiting with a girl that has long black hair in a high ponytail.

Aeryn: *Walks up to Kemuri and hands her the cigarettes* That place was sketchy as hell. I felt like someone was going to stab me if I stepped in the wrong puddle.

Kemuri laughs, but it sounds more like a wheeze- “that’s a good analogy- can i use that?” She says as she takes the cigarettes

Aeryn: Yeah, sure, whatever. Who’s that? *Gesturing to the other girl*

Kemuri: “thanks. Oh, right. This is Melody Dearest- she’ll be helping you out.”

Melody: “hi!”^^

Aeryn: Um hi. Kemuri said that you can help “build my confidence.” *She said in air quotes*

Melody: “I’ve been relatively renounced for being good at solving arguments-“
