First offense: 12 hour ban

Second offense: 24 hour ban

Third offense: 1-week ban (indefinite ban, manually removed a week later)

Fourth: permanant ban

that doesnt give you the right to ban anime memes across the whole stream. why do you care so much what type of television a person is into?

I don't usually do this (bc i've done it a lot of times and its boring having to explain every half hour) but I'll tell you.

Anime is a gateway to worse things. For example, weebs are addicted to their TV show. i've known several weebs. All they could talk about was their show, all they could do was I'm stay things from it, and they legitimately cried when they were done watching it, claiming "I have no reason to live anymore" simply because their show ended. Plus the fact they talk about it so much that it introduces more people to it, making more people become obsessed with it.

This is something anybody who's been unfortunate to have been around a lot of weebs knows.

If it’s NSFW anime then sure. But if the definition gets too broad it might be tough to enforce.

We should break the alliance with the AAA, this is horribly bad. It's doing more damage than good, it's more controversial than anything. Many people don't agree with this, and honestly, I don't either.

"Free speech" is a term that can be stretched. For example, if you were to run out in the street in the US yelling and screaming profanities at 3am on a megaphone, you could simply say you were practicing free speech and still be arrested for disturbing the peace. Posting anime is disturbing the peace.

Enforcing a no-anime policy does not break free speech laws.

Can we have an established method of appointing judges, setting dates for voting on bills/deadline for voting, and choosing juries?

Also, how long is each judge in the court? If the president chooses all of them during his term because they need to be cycled at some point, why would they vote to impeach? On the other hand, we can't give someone an indefinite term.

Then what will happen when we try to do any of that? Congress could get inactive again and never show up and nothing would get done. People may get mad at each pres for trying to appoint judges because there is no set way to do it

The new ban feature will make "WhiteNat" extremely time-consuming to the person behind it. And besides, we currently don't have a liberal president so we won't see much serious trolling from him.

Nothing constitutional at the moment, but I intend on proposing an alliance with the conservatives stream and a denunciation of the LGBTQ stream once Dr.Strangmeme’s motion has been voted on.
