Have you come to die? An atomic bomb isn't needed to kill somebody from from a distance. All you need is something that has range. Something like an axe has range, a few feet. Those few feet can save your life. On the other hand it won't usually. What WILL save your life is a gun. What kind of gun will save you the most? A semi-automatic handgun is sufficient, but the ultimate self defense weapon would be something with an extremely high rate of fire, but also the ability to penetrate any body armor your attacker has. So the ultimate self-defense weapon is the m2 browning.
