Shouldn't be a practical problem because both mods and owners can simply un-ban themself. If you actually end up having problems with mods banning each other or banning owners, then by definition those people should not be trusted with moderator permissions on your stream.

We could certainly disable this ability, just figured it might be fun to be able to test it out on yourself, because why not!
