What would it do beyond what the "Automatically approve posts that appear to be safe-for-work" option already does?

So it's basically like Discord automod bots. Maybe automatically delete comments containing suspicious links or offensive behaviour. It could also do auto-ban since that's an option now which is pretty cool.
