sigh..... the left keeps going on and on about Jan 6 being an "insurgence" yet we joyfully celebrate the 4th of July every year... what did that start? So if the left things that type of thing is so bad, why do they celebrate it? Or maybe it really wasn't an "insurgence" either way they are full of BS

The January 6 Insurrection was an attack AGAINST the United States. It's a date which will be remembered forever for that reason.

You know the main reason we on the right get upset when you call that an "insurrection" is that it is insulting that you think that was the best we can do.... I mean really, the party with all the gun owners and most of the ex military? Yeah, we can do better if that was the true intent. Besides real insurrections are usually done quietly, away from the camera, middle of the night, and in the guise of something like an election... oh wait...

Yeah, that was just about the best you could do. You're not the party with all the gun owners, and most of the ex military were noncombatants. And organization is not the Rebellious Right's strong suit. Who could possibly command that undisciplined rabble? They'd spend more time fighting with each other.
