Because the first was a crooked and corrupt attorney proven to have lied to Congress and the second was the partisan political target of soul-dead leftists of both the Legislative branch and the collective leftist-loyal mainstream media -- along with bought and paid for Never-Trump RONOs -- that persecuted him sans meaningful evidence or credible witnesses. No charge for the revelation.
