The box turtle in the meme was found on the curb of a busy road. Gopher tortoises in our area. I've moved more than a few of them off my street over the years. Every time I see a road kill turtle it makes me sad. On a busy highway it is too dangerous to attempt but where I live I've seen other people stop to move turtles, too.
