Here is the actual Math as taught in schools that are operating during normal times, by actual teachers who are competent, instead by amateurs during a pandemic:

100% would be getting all five letters in the name that is in the silly meme.

100 divided by 5 means that each letter is 20%

So using 4 letters out of (IRISH) yields 80% and the first four letters of IRISH is IRIS.
