It’s a meme style I’m seeing more often. I’m thinking something like the “Make a Demotivational” generator.

Then I added white space above in the meme generator to create this meme.

That’s one way of doing it, but I’d like a way to generate the same effect from any image in Imgflip.

That’s Imgflip’s Demotivational generator. It has a frame for inserting any image, as well as two default textboxes with formatting options that can be further customized.

Something like that.
