How can the plaintiff be found guilty in the case?

I was the plaintiff in the only legal case I have been in. The defamation one hasn't happened yet.

The defamation case time is unknowed cause k3 said he was the judge but he is not a judge in the court room and I ask Luigi to be judge so we just need a judge

How can you do a trial:
A) Without the defendant and
B) Using only the word of the plaintiff?
