I disagree with the ruling but once they give the memechat I will have no choice but to accept the decision.

Somehow I doubt you ever will accept the decision no matter what. But my lawyer Lardar is counter-suing for defamation. This could have all been avoided if you dropped this nonsense in the first place. You brought this on yourself.

I will accept it when they show the memechat(s). Also seeing as your reputation wasn't harmed you don't have grounds to sue.

We shall see. I remember how confident you were that you had grounds to sue, which ultimately turned out to be false.

Here is the definition of defamation according to Cornell: "Overview
Defamation is a statement that injures a third party's reputation. The tort of defamation includes both libel (written statements) and slander (spoken statements).

Elements
To prove prima facie defamation, a plaintiff must show four things: 1) a false statement purporting to be fact; 2) publication or communication of that statement to a third person; 3) fault amounting to at least negligence; and 4) damages, or some harm caused to the person or entity who is the subject of the statement."

You've got a habit of pasting dictionary definitions of random words, haven't you?

Nope. Also this (like the other definitions I posted) are not random. They are my response to your claims.

If you say you want to sue me for defamation the definition of defamation is extremely relevant.

Well your responses never have been very relevant.

they are always relevant. Give me one time when they were not relevant.
