The broad measures that have been proposed under the heading of "no one cheats" seem to target mostly working class people, younger voters and voters of color who move more or may have a harder time satisfying the ID requirements, but do nothing to stop the Snodgrasses of the world.
If the goal is to keep people from cheating (a definite good) then the laws you enact should catch and stop CHEATERS, not disenfranchise lots of poor, young and Black people.
