actually it is illegal to have more than two sets of ears and to add wings or extra limbs

wings are not allowed on protogen, unless it is rare. I'm pretty sure you need to pay, or get personal permission from the owner to use rare protogen.

furthermore, protogen hybrids are illegal. Not sure if this is really a dragon proto hybrid or just a protogen dressed as a dragon, or the other way around, but still.

I'm sorry I didn't provide more info on why this wouldn't be allowed. But again, really cool.

Ok, I was confused why it was illegal. I didn’t realize wings weren’t allowed unless I payed or got permission from whoever created the idea of the protogen in the first place. Not like I’m gonna actually find them or anything, I was just gonna fuse my two fursonas. Since now I know it’s illegal, I’m gonna scrap the idea. I’m probably gonna delete this because I’ll probably never find the person I’m supposed to ask permission from anyways.

It could just be classified as a cyber dragon or something like that, if you just take away some of the protogen like features, it'd be completely fine. I don't think you should completely scrap it because again, it's really cool!
