Okay so I heard this was causing a lot of trouble so I'm going to give you a message. Please read everything, don't just skim.

I seriously doubt proto hybrids are illegal. I'm pretty sure it would just be a protogen with dragon traits.

Protogens are literally just cyborg like foxes, wolves, manokits, and even more!

Color it in!!

Even if it is illegal, no one's going to do anything about it here. And you could always make a cyborg dragon:)

Oh, ok, thanks, I was gonna scrap the idea since I was gonna fuse my two fursonas for this and got told it was illegal to do so and I can’t really afford to get into that kind of trouble right now. I was less cautious with making OCs since I was taking requests (people sent in bases as well a lot of the time) and I didn’t know if anything was illegal at the time, I just did requests. Now that I’m not making so many I have really been doing requests too much and I realized stuff was illegal and I didn’t want to get into trouble so I was being more cautious. Sorry, I think I understand now. Thank you.
