You have to read the whole article (all of it) to realize Trump was still ultimately responsible for this heavyhanded crap, even if there was a pre-existing plan.

CNN is fake news? Yeah, now your catching on. But all of the media have articles on the Lafayette Park event. It shows that the lot was already scheduled to be cleared for a contractor to put up non-scale fencing to protect the area after the night before rioters set fire to the basement of the historic St John's church. DC Park Police confirmed that they knew nothing of Trump visiting prior to already scheduling to clear the area for the safety of the contractor.

That is what the right always says, CNN fake news, are you saying they tell the truth? It's difficult to keep up with your lies.
