well, if he broke our terms and conditions and calls us for help and
then i find out he is telling others to do the same, bragging in chats with others about
how he messes up our infrastructure and storage, while he claimed in other chats
other people wouldn't do it correctly and keeping other customers far that way,
i'd call that more than just dumb.
