Funny as heresy memes are, no...these days I doubt even any Protestants qualify. A heretic is anyone who formerly espoused the beliefs of the Magisterium (teaching authority of the Church) and rejects it in favor of proclaiming a new teaching (but still claiming the legitimacy possessed by the Catholic Church). Luther claimed such a status, but today Protestant denominations are largely considered separate 'fallen-away' splinters which we hope to one day reintegrate into the one Church (a process called Ecumenism).
