Cornerstones of democracy include freedom of assembly and speech, inclusiveness and equality, membership, consent, voting, right to life and minority rights. Basically everything the Republicans are fighting for and the Democrats are canceling unless it fits their agenda. Republicans don't hate Democrats, however, Republicans are tired of Democrats destroying democracy to replace it with socialism.
