I came up with rules, restrictions, and punishments for shared alts. I currently have 2 owners that have agreed with them. If I get a third owner to say that they're good with this, I'll add this as a stream rule rn. No, we just can't keep having so much chaos caused by shared alts. These rules are for shared alts only (I thought that was quite obvious .-.), we only need more control over the shared alts.
