My Grandad served with the devil dogs (US Marines) in Vietnam. Both of my great-grandpas served in the US army against the axis (one as a tank, one as a mechanic in what is now the airforce). My cousin was a mp a couple years back.

Thank you all veterans for your service. Proud to call you fellow Americans.

My great-grandparents fought in the christero war (it was in mexico)

What Theater?

My grandma’s dad was a mechanic in Panama, so I think that would be counted as the pacific. And my grandad’s dad served under Patton in the 2nd armored division (known as hel! on wheels)

My dad was in Iraq and could not come home for 4 weeks because a volcano

Glad he came home! Iraq was a tougher for us. Thank him for his service.

Also one of my family members was in the Korean war

Same. My great-grandad was stationed in Germany after WW2 when his unit was called up

evrytime i watch those videos a start crying so hard. because of those special souls who protect our country, they deserve much more. in my opinion, soldiers should get something like an award for protecting our contry
