What is a guardian?

(Guardians are large, corrupted robots from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.)

Mila: *she throws her spear into the guardian's eye and knocks it out; the spear comes back after hitting it* Thank you for helping me defeat the guardian. *she blocks another shot* This one is very tricky...

V: happy to help where we can

Mila: *she smiles when the guardian was defeated* Here, let me heal your wounds! *she uses healing powers similar to Mipha's*

X: *surprised*
V: woah!

Mila: *smiles* My healing magic is similar to my sister's. I take it that you haven't seen healing magic before?

V: nah
X: we haven't

Mila: Well, it's something not all Zora's can do. Me and my sister are the only Zora who can do it, but Mipha... She was killed when the Calamity struck, you know?

V: oh, well, sorry for your lost

Mila: No, it's okay. I still have Father and Sidon! (she smiles) Well, what are your names? And, maybe this is a personal question but... Have you lost any family to Calamity Ganon?

X: ...
V: we lost our only parent when he struck
X: we don't have names, but you can call us X and V

Mila: ...Oh.. I am sorry for your loss, X and V. I hope you have been coping with the circumstances now..

*Kasoth stares at the Guardian.*

*Kasoth pulls out a boomerang-like device and hurls it at the Guardian. The device glows with ancient energy and slices all of the Guardian's legs off in one arc. Kasoth catches the device as it comes back to him.*

Mire: Take this motherf**ker *he draws his bow and shoots a bomb arrow at one of its legs*

Miras*

*she gets up*Mila: Thank you for helping me! *she fights alongside him and then heals his wounds afterwards* Yes, I have the same power as Mipha, my sister. Anyways, thank you for helping me defeat the guardian!

Miras: well not only guardians, but I usually just help out villages, some people can’t defend themselevs

Miras: it’s no problem! I hate thoes things

Mila: Me too... I especially hate those things after the Calamity took my sister! (my OC was born the same day Mipha died) Have you lost any family to the Calamity as well?

Miras: mom and dad... I was only a baby so o don’t remember them at all, a rito raised me after finding me

Mila: My father and my brother are the only family I have left. I do anything I can to help Link and Zelda vanquish the Calamity!

Miras: but how would you defeat that... thing?

Mila: Well, when Link came to Zora's Domain with no memories, me and Sidon helped him get into Vah Ruta to help him weaken the Calamity. Sometimes, I travel beyond the domain to visit the other villages. I visit Purah and Robbie sometimes to learn a bit more about those Guardians..

I know that doesn't really answer the question, so to simply put it, I don't fight the Calamity.

Miras: probably for the best, just because it’s weakend doesn’t make it easy

Mila: It is true. What do you do when you aren't busy with Guardians..?
