Have you tried relaxing before you go to bed? Or are you doing things until you lay down?

I have I just don’t sleep well I think it’s because of all the stuff on my bed and I play my phone before I go to sleep so that can be why I can’t sleep well

Try stop playing on your phone an hour before you go to bed. Maybe that will help.
