The video was posted on a German website, I assume surrounding perhaps a trip made there. I could read the headline, which talked about her going up a gangway without an airplane, and you could see that was what went on in the video after she took a few salutes. I didn't translate the rest of the article, but the red outline is what they drew onto a screen capture from the video itself.
